SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

SHIPPING TO THE US AND US VIRGIN ISLANDS

Receive complimentary ground shipping on orders of $50 or more when shipping to destinations within the US.

First Aid Beauty’s standard shipping carrier is FedEx Smartpost and delivers Monday through Saturday in conjunction with the USPS. Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $7.95 and typically takes 4 to 8 business days. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands may require 8 to 12 business days.

First Aid Beauty’s express shipping carrier is FedEx. FedEx does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and they do not deliver to PO boxes. APO and PO Box orders will be shipped via US Postal Service. Standard shipping charges will apply. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands must select 2nd Day Priority.

Next, Second and Third Day Shipping: FedEx

Next Day: add an additional $14.95 to standard shipping cost

Second Day: add an additional $9.95 to standard shipping cost

Third Day: add an additional $4.95 to standard shipping cost

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US / US VIRGIN ISLANDS

Duties, Customs and VAT: International orders are subject to Duties,Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.

International Standard and Express Delivery: FedEx Ground.

First Aid Beauty does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

ORDER STATUS

FAB processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00PM EST will not be processed until the next business day.

PAYMENT METHODS

First Aid Beauty accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS

REPORT ORDER PROBLEM

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have another concern regarding your order, please contact First Aid Beauty at 1-800-322-3619 between 9AM and 5PM EST, Monday through Friday or email us at customerservice@firstaidbeauty.com. Please have your order confirmation number available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

First Aid Beauty will only accept returns on items purchased through the website with a valid order number. To return or exchange your online purchase, please email us at customerservice@firstaidbeauty.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. First Aid Beauty does not refund shipping charges and cannot accept products returned outside of the 14-day window.
