First Aid Beauty processes orders Monday through Friday. If you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive a tracking number, email us at customerservice@firstaidbeauty.com with your order number, name, and email address associated with the order.
Modify/Cancel Submitted Orders
Unfortunately, we are not able to modify or cancel First Aid Beauty orders once they are placed. Orders are sent immediately and automatically to our warehouse which prevents us from making any changes. Please double check your address before submitting an order.
Payment Methods
First Aid Beauty accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We can also accept payment via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay. First Aid Beauty cannot process any credit card with a billing address outside of the United States . For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.
Secure Ordering
First Aid Beauty has a secure checkout process using 256 bit Security Socket Layer protection and our checkout page is protected with "https" and a padlock showing in the web address.
First Aid Beauty will only accept returns/exchanges on items purchased through firstaidbeauty.com within 30 days of order receipt. All return requests after 30 days will be denied. Items purchased through any of our retail partners must be returned to that specific retailer. All items marked FINAL SALE will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Please note, Kits/BOGO/Value Sets are sold as complete sets and can't be returned as individual items. We also cannot process refunds for orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier without receiving the order back, and cannot accept returns on replacement orders.
While we understand that it may take a few uses to realize a product isn’t right for your skin, we will not accept returns or exchanges for any item where more than a quarter of the product has been used.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at First Aid Beauty’s discretion. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.
To return/exchange your new or gently “tested” products, please email us at customerservice@firstaidbeauty.com. Please include your order number, name, and email address associated with the order.
Please note: Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
We can provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for you to send back your item(s). A fee of $5 will be deducted from your total refund should you choose to use the pre-paid shipping label to cover shipping costs.
You may also send your returnable items back using a shipping method of your choice, at your own expense.
First Aid Beauty is not responsible for returned items lost during transit.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to show up on your original payment method.

Shipping Within The Domestic U.S.
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) Monday - Friday will not be processed until the following week.
Please keep in mind delivery time does not include processing time. It may take up to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, from the ship date for orders to be delivered. There can be a slight delay with the tracking information being updated, even when orders are in-transit. Rest assured you should still receive your order in those 10 business days, as promised. Choose 1 sample on all orders, spend between $50-$74.99 and choose 2 free samples. Spend $75 or more and choose 3 free samples. No order shall exceed more than 3 deluxe samples. When you sign up for a subscription, you can save 15% off on all future auto delivery shipments. You can select and adjust your shipment frequency, or cancel at any time by logging into your account and editing your subscriptions. Please note that subscription orders are not eligible for promotions and recurring subscription orders do not receive samples. In order to redeem the discount or offer, place a separate one-time order. Please note that New Arrivals cannot be added for replenishment.
Redeeming a Promotional Code
To redeem a promotional code, enter the code in the "Enter Promo Code" field at checkout and click "Apply". If the items in your cart are eligible for a discount, the code will apply. Please note promotional codes are not case sensitive, and only one promotional code may be redeemed per order on firstaidbeauty.com. All promotion codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired, for previous purchases or once you have already completed the online checkout process. All promotional codes exclude, sale items, skincare kits/bundles and eGift Cards. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. Please note that Subscription orders are not eligible for promotions. Can I combine my FAB rewards points with another promotional code?
FAB reward points cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
Which FAB products can I purchase using my FAB rewards points?
FAB reward points can be used on all products— including new arrivals, bundles, sales, and discounted items. FAB rewards cannot be redeemed for gift certificates or combined with other promotional codes.
How many points can I redeem at once?
You can spend up to $25 in FAB rewards points per order. If your order is over $25, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information to cover the balance.
Can I redeem my FAB rewards points at a retail location?
No, but you can claim FAB rewards points for purchases made at one of our eligible retail partners! Simply purchase FAB products in store and upload your receipt to your Rewards account to claim your points.
Do I need to upload my receipt for a purchase made on Firstaidbeauty.com to claim my rewards?
No, rewards earned on purchases made on firstaidbeauty.com will be added to your account—as long as you’re logged in when you purchase! You only need to upload receipts to claim rewards on FAB products that were purchased through one of our eligible retail partners
How come orders I have previously placed on firstaidbeauty.com didn’t generate any points?
Our loyalty program launched on September 1, 2023. Orders placed prior to this date are not eligible for rewards.
I'm not seeing my points show up in my account after I placed an order. Why not?
To earn or redeem FAB rewards points, you must be logged in to your account. If you’re still unable to find your points, reach out to customerservice@firstaidbeauty.com for support.
Where can I find more information about the rewards program?
You can learn about all the perks available by creating or logging into your account and clicking the “Rewards” button.

eGift Cards are available in $15, $25, $50, $75, $100 and $125 amounts. eGift Cards are nonrefundable and delivered via e-mail. First Aid Beauty is not responsible for an incorrect e-mail address entered at checkout.
How do I redeem an eGift Card online?
The eGift Card e-mail will contain a 12-digit code. At checkout, enter the code in the "Gift Certificate" field and click "Apply". If there is a balance remaining after your eGift Card has been applied, a credit/debit card or an alternate method of payment will be needed to cover the order balance. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with eGift Cards.
If I spend less than the amount of my eGift Card, what happens to the remaining balance?
Any unused balance will remain on your eGift Card which can be redeemed using the same 12-digit code. You can check the balance by utilizing the Check Balance form field found here on our website. The eGift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
Does my First Aid Beauty eGift Card have an expiration date?
FirstAidBeauty.com eGift Cards do not have an expiration date.
If your First Aid Beauty order is missing a product or contains a damaged item, please contact us at customerservice@firstaidbeauty.com with your order number, name, email address associated with the order, and photo of the damaged item. Please do not discard damaged items until a First Aid Beauty representative has given further instruction.
If you believe your package is missing, lost, or you are unable to locate it after being marked as delivered, please notify us immediately by emailing customerservice@firstaidbeauty.com to be considered for a replacement. This must be done within 14 days of being marked delivered. Please note we cannot process refunds for orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier and cannot accept returns on replacement orders.

By placing your order, you are certifying that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
As a 100% Cruelty-Free company and proud PETA-certified Beauty Without Bunnies partner, we do not conduct any testing of ingredients or finished products on animals and only work with business partners who comply with our policy.
PETA has verified that neither First Aid Beauty nor our ingredient suppliers or contract manufacturers conduct, commission or pay for any tests on animals for ingredients, formulations or finished products.
At First Aid Beauty, we are committed to delivering formulas you can trust, with results you can see. Our products are allergy-tested, free of Parabens and Artificial Fragrance and safe for sensitive skin.
First Aid Beauty products are completely free of artificial fragrance and fragrance chemicals. For the few products that do contain scents, we are committed to only using 100% natural fragrances.

Every order placed on FirstAidBeauty.com will come with free samples, with the exception of subscription orders. Samples will be provided as follows:

We do not send samples separately from orders.
Depending on the product, either look for the expiration date on the bottom of the jar, bottle or tube or find the PAO (period after opening) symbol on the packaging. The number by the M (i.e., 12M) is how many months that product will be usable after opening. All products should be stored at room temperature. When in doubt, please reach out to customerservice@firstaidbeauty.com for confirmation.
