Depending on the product, either look for the expiration date on the bottom of the jar, bottle or tube or find the PAO (period after opening) symbol on the packaging. The number by the M (i.e., 12M) is how many months that product will stay FABulous after opened. All of FAB products should be stored in a cool, dark place.

Orders are delivered on Monday through Saturday (excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carriers are UPS and USPS. Our express shipping carrier is UPS and does not deliver to PO Boxes or on weekends. PO Box, APO, FPO, DPO and orders delivered to military addresses will be shipped via USPS. First Aid Beauty will only accept returns on items purchased through Firstaidbeauty.com within 30 days of order receipt. Items purchased through any of our retail partners must be returned to the place of purchase. All items marked FINAL SALE will not be eligible for a return or exchange. To return your new or gently used online purchase: If you have an account with us you may log-in to your account and request a new return under the “Returns” section of your account. You may also email us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org please include your order number, name, email address, and phone number. Please note your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. We can provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for you to send back your item(s). $5 will be deducted from your total refund if you choose to use the pre-paid shipping label. You may also send your return back using a shipping method of your choice, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and handling. First Aid Beauty is not responsible for returned items lost during transit. Your refund will be processed in 7-10 business days after we have received your items.
