FAB processes orders Monday through Friday. If you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive a tracking number, please call 1-800-322-3619 between 9AM and 6PM EST, Monday through Friday or email us at customerservice@firstaidbeauty.com with your order number, name, email address, and phone number.

Unfortunately, we are not able to modify or cancel First Aid Beauty orders once they are placed. Orders are sent immediately and automatically to our warehouse which prevents us from making any changes.

If your First Aid Beauty order is missing a product, contains a damaged item or you have other concerns regarding your order placed on Firstaidbeauty.com, please contact First Aid Beauty at between 9AM and 6PM EST, Monday through Friday at customerservice@firstaidbeauty.com with your order number, name, email address and phone number. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and/or damaged or defective product for inspection by First Aid Beauty.
If you believe your package is missing, lost or are unable to locate it after being marked as delivered, please notify us immediately by emailing customerservice@firstaidbeauty.com to be considered for a replacement. This must be done within 14 days of the original expected delivery date. Please note this process may take up to 3-5 business days.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we will evaluate the claim to provide a prompt resolution. However, we cannot process refunds for orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

First Aid Beauty accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. First Aid Beauty cannot process any credit card with a billing address outside of the United States . For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

You may purchase First Aid Beauty products for personal use only and not with the intention of resale. By placing your order, you are certifying that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

To redeem a FAB promotional code: Place all items you would like to purchase in your shopping bag, go to your cart and type in your promo code in the space provided. Next, click "APPLY DISCOUNT" and if the promo code is valid, the applicable discount or promotion will appear in the shopping bag under the SUMMARY section. Please note promo codes are not case sensitive, and only one promo code may be redeemed per order on firstaidbeauty.com. All promotion codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired, for previous purchases or once you have already completed the online checkout process. All promo codes exclude New Arrivals, sale items, skincare kits/bundles and eGift Cards. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. Please note that Auto Replenishment orders are not eligible for promotions. In order to redeem the discount or offer, place a separate one-time order.

When you sign up for our Auto Replenishment program, you can save 15% off on all future auto delivery shipments. You can select and adjust your shipment frequency, or cancel at any time by logging into your FAB account and editing your subscriptions. Please note that Auto Replenishment orders are not eligible for promotions and recurring Auto-Replenishment orders do not receive samples. In order to redeem the discount or offer, place a separate one-time order.
eGift Cards
eGift Cards
FAB eGift Cards are redeemable for purchases at www.FirstAidBeauty.com only. Please enter your unique eGift Card code at checkout to apply credit towards your order. FAB eGift Cards are not eligible for return, cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, nor used on past purchases. We cannot replace lost or stolen eGift Cards. If you have questions about your balance or how to use your eGift Card please contact Customer Service at customerservice@firstaidbeauty.com. You cannot purchase an eGift Card with another eGift Card. If the amount of your eGift Card does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card. If the amount of your eGift Card is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance will be stored for your next purchase using the same eGift Card code.
